Financial Information
When seeing a new dental office for specialized care, it is important and convenient to know the financial information beforehand. If you are in the Centennial, Colorado area and are interested in coming to our office, please read over this page.
Insurance Financial Information
We want to be able to provide care to as many patients that require our help as possible, therefore most insurance providers are accepted. To be more specific we accept most PPO dental insurance plans and accept an assignment of benefits from the following:
- Metlife
- Delta Dental
- Geha
- United Healthcare
- Connection Dental
- Assurant
- Most Cigna Plans
If you would like to know if we accept your specific dental insurance plan, please give us a call before your appointment so we can get you squared away for your appointment.
To make insurance as convenient for our patients as possible, we take the liberty of submitting your claims directly to your insurance company. In doing this, we also ask you to know what your insurance coverage is before treatment.
If you have any questions concerning your insurance plan or coverage, please contact your insurances’ human resources department directly. We will be unable to contact them with your questions before or after your treatment.
Payment
As previously stated, we will send your claims directly to your insurance for payment. Once insurance has provided their coverage for your payment, we will then be in contact with you about an outstanding balance if one exists.
If you have any questions or concerns about payments at the time of your procedure or treatment, please speak with one of our team members before leaving our office to be educated on your options.
Accepted Payment Types
We accept payment in cash and by check, credit cards (Visa, Discover or MasterCard), HSA, Flex credit cards and debit cards. Use the link below or our QR code to make a payment today!
Payment Plans
For larger treatment plans, we offer a financing option to help you pay for your dental treatment.
This option is the “in house” payment plan of 50% down at the time services are rendered and the balance to be paid in 3 monthly installments.
If you are interested in this payment plan option, please contact our office manager and she can assist you with the required forms.
